Who we are

AINS SEO is operated by AINS, the trade name of Zakaria Aichaoui, individual entrepreneur registered under the Algerian auto-entrepreneur status (ANAE card no. 65815550). Contact: contact@ains-agency.com.

What we collect and why

• Account: your email address and a hashed password, to sign you in and send account emails.
• Sites you add: the domains you enter and the audit results we produce by crawling their public pages.
• Google Search Console data, only if you connect it (see below).
• Content briefs: the keywords you type are sent to Brave Search and Anthropic to draft the brief.
• Visit statistics: only if you accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id>. You can withdraw with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Search Console data

When you click “Connect Google Search Console”, you grant AINS SEO read-only access (scope webmasters.readonly) to your Search Console properties. We use it to:

• list your properties once, to pick the one that matches the site you added;
• pull daily clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position per page and per query for that property;
• show you queries close to page one and estimate whether a page change moved clicks.

The data is shown only to members of your workspace. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, never sent to an AI model, and never used to train one. No human at AINS reads it, except with your explicit permission for support, when needed for security, or to comply with the law.

AINS SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To disconnect, delete the site in Settings (its tokens and Search Console data are deleted with it), or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Where data is stored

• Database and authentication: Supabase, EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Application hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States).
• Transactional email: Resend.
• Analytics (with consent): Google Ireland Ltd; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a site deletes its audits and Search Console data. To delete your account, or to access, correct or export your data, write to contact@ains-agency.com; we answer within 30 days.
